Then, on June 2, 2026, that ended too: Cognition rebranded Windsurf into Devin Desktop, folding it fully into the unified Devin lineup alongside Devin Cloud, Devin CLI, and Devin Review. Cognition’s own FAQ is explicit that this was a rename, not a pricing change — “your current plan continues to work exactly as it does today,” including legacy Windsurf Enterprise plans.
